We can meet either in person in Pasadena or online in California or Oregon.

Work together
In our first couple of sessions we’ll discuss how you got to where you are and where you want to get to.
Then we’ll set some goals for therapy and create a plan so you’ll know what to expect and what we’ll focus on.

Start making progress
We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly at first to begin the work. We’ll go at your pace with an approach that’s tailored to you.
We’ll track your progress so you’ll see how you’re coming along, until you feel better - more in control, grounded, and confident.

We can meet online, or if you prefer in person sessions, my office is a stunning old mansion house conveniently located in Pasadena.
